Note on May 31, 2022
Due to the relaxation of immigration restrictions from June 1, 2022, the deadline for early bird registration will be extended to June 20, 2022.
It is based on the new border measures (28). Therefore, measures for travelers from certain countries / regions, such as exemption from COVID-19 inspection on arrival, will change from June 1. For details, please refer to the following URL.

All participants, including paper presenters, are required to register for the IIW2022.

*1: The "Young Professionals" category is for those under 35 years of age (as of July 17, 2022).
*2: Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of registration. Students are required to submit a scanned image file (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID which shows the validity period via online registration form.
*3: Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only.

Payment

Payment should be made in Japanese yen, and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB) or PayPal.
Please contact the Registration Office (iiw2022-reg@jtbcom.co.jp) if you pay by PayPal.

Note:
Payments cannot be made with "cards that are not compatible with 3D Secure 2.0ver" due to the rule change of VISA and MasterCard that became effective on November 5, 2021.
If your card issuer does not support 3D Secure, please pay by PayPal.

Receipt

Receipt can be downloaded from your registration account.

Notification e-mail

After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically. If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Changes of Registration

Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your registration account.
If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the Registration Office.

For physical participants, the registration desk is located on the 1st floor of Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba.
Please collect your name badge and materials ahead of participating in the IIW2022. Please have your QR code ready for check in that will be displayed on My Page in the registration form or sent to you by email.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Registration Office. The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.
